If you lost a personal item while visiting Kia Center, please contact Orlando Venues Security at 407.440.7010 or complete the form below and a security representative will contact you.

During an event, patrons should visit a Guest Assistance location, located on the north end of the Terrace and Promenade Levels, to inquire about lost items. At the end of an event, patrons should contact Orlando Venues Security. Kia Center management assumes no responsibility for lost items.
